Elle vaut le coup de faire un d\u00e9tour.\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Construite au 15\u1d49 si\u00e8cle, l\u2019\u00e9glise de Biertan a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue \u00e0 l\u2019origine comme une \u00e9glise gothique, puis renforc\u00e9e avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9fensifs pour prot\u00e9ger les habitants du village contre les invasions ottomanes et autres menaces. L&#8217;\u00e9glise est entour\u00e9e de trois murs d&#8217;enceinte concentriques, \u00e9quip\u00e9s de tours de d\u00e9fense et de bastions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant plusieurs si\u00e8cles, Biertan a \u00e9t\u00e9 un centre spirituel et administratif important pour les Saxons, et l\u2019\u00e9glise a servi de si\u00e8ge de haute autorit\u00e9 religieuse de 1572 \u00e0 1867.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
